True West- Home of Westward Ho Rodeo China.
Created in 1943 by cowboy artist Till Goodan and manufactured by Wallace China until 1964, Rodeo pattern dinnerware (and subsequent patterns such as Boots & Saddle, Longhorn, and Little Buckaroo) are highly-prized collectibles today. True West, a Texas-based company, has been authorized to faithfully reproduce these original lines of high-quality, made-in-the-USA, heavy-duty dinnerware, which are now available on their website.
L.A. LightWorks was recently commissioned to completely re-design the original True West website, with new graphics and a bold, new look. In addition, our assignment was to convert it to an e-commerce site which doesn't have the bland look and feel of a generic "shopping cart". The new design has garnered compliments from many of its visitors. See it for yourself:

Oregon Turn-key Resort For Sale.
Joe Creek RV Resort and General Store, in beautful southwestern Oregon, is a consistently profitable turn-key business currently for sale by its owners, who wish to sell so they may retire and travel. Dissatisfied with the lackluster manner in which their resort was presented on the Internet by local realtors, they took matters into their own hands and commissioned L.A. Lightworks to design an attractive and informative site. Allen Stovall created an original graphic banner (also known as a "masthead") incorporating the resort's existing logo. The central feature of the site is its Flash photo slide show, which gives a tour of the verdant landscape and impeccably-maintained facilities.

Jimmy Dabble is a children's book, written and illustrated by the accomplished character animator Frans Vischer.
This site was designed in close collaboration with the book's author, who wanted to present a colorful and engaging internet experience that would appeal to visitors of all ages. The idea was to push design beyond the standard look of a conventional html site, approaching the look and feel of a Flash site but without the complexity.

The centerpiece of her site is a series of 60 paintings, available as individual prints or collected in book form, which depict vivid memories of her childhood experiences living with her family in a WWII concentration camp.
The artist requested a black background for her site, to emphasize and enhance the bright, saturated colors in her paintings.

Planetary Matrix, "A gateway to infinite possibilities", is light years beyond the ordinary astrological consultation service. Your host, KatRama, uses astrology in terms of quantum physics; she brings a wealth of wisdom, intuition, and experience to each reading.
The Planetary Matrix logo was created by Allen Stovall, with creative, collaborative input by KatRama. The website is a work in progress, though its home page expresses in one image what many sites might need a thousand words to say.
